Sherman Residential wants you to thoroughly enjoy your new apartment home. The helpful tips in our Move-In Packet will assist in making your residency more enjoyable. If you have any questions about moving in or with any items listed in the packet, please contact the management office for further assistance.

The packet includes information about maintenance, emergency contacts and procedures, trash collection, recycling program, tips for keeping your appliances running efficiently and caring for your floors, carpets, countertops and other surfaces. The packet also offers guidelines for safe and courteous use of the community’s amenities.

We also provide a number of “Sherman finishing touches” to help you settle in as quickly and comfortably as possible. These include a handy tool kit, jumper cables, complimentary faxing, free photocopies and delivery and receiving service. And when you’re ready to relax, you can borrow or check out books, DVDs, board games and Xbox 360 and Wii consoles.
